The Chef


The culinary philosophy of Rosapetra and all the Relegance Collection hotels is based on the use of excellent raw ingredients that can tell the story of the region in which they are located, prepared with extreme simplicity in order to offer the customer an excellent food and wine experience, but at the same time without too much elaboration. Because the real star is always the guest, not the chef.

Our bartenders have developed an original cocktail list that creates an interesting mix of classic choices and proposals that recall the flavours of the region, in a constant dialogue with the cuisine offered.
